Login Problems


I have forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password, you need to go back to the login screen and enter your e-mail address. Then click Send Password, and a long string of characters will be e-mailed to your e-mail address. If you have setup a notifications e-mail address, then this string of characters will be sent there instead. For security reasons, your password will not be e-mailed to you in plain text. The code you are sent is an unlock code. You need to copy and paste this line of the e-mail into the password field of your web browser. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Highlight the entire line with your mouse.
  2. Press Ctrl-C to copy it to the temporary clipboard in your computer.
  3. Go to the Login page
  4. Enter your e-mail address
  5. Click in the Password field, and press Ctrl-V to paste the password into there

Then press Login, and you will be logged into the system. It is suggested that you then go to the Contact Details page to change your password. After changing your password, you will be logged out of the system and will have to login again using your new password.

I keep getting logged out

To solve this problem, please follow these steps if using Internet Explorer:

  1. Go to your Tools menu, followed by Internet Options
  2. Click the Privacy tab
  3. Drag the slider down to the bottom where it says "Accept All Cookies"
  4. Click Apply, then OK
  5. Close Internet Explorer and open it again
  6. Log in to the system

This does not solve my problem

  • Browser Version (Internet Explorer 5/Netscape 4/etc)
  • Any error messages you experience
  • Exact steps you take in order to receive this error message
  • When the problems started occuring
